BMC is accredited by the Nigeria Maritime Safety and Administration (NIMASA) to conduct specified tests to ascertain the fitness of seafarers. Certificate of fitness provided by the federal government of Nigeria through the NIMASA is issued by the hospital to those found to be fit.
